These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Wodamania ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting the Notify Me or Vendor/Sponsor Application forms, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Site to learn about the Wodamania event, sign up for registration updates, and submit vendor or sponsor inquiries. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
By submitting your name and email address through the Notify Me form, or your information through the Vendor/Sponsor Application form, you consent to receive marketing emails from Wodamania about event updates, schedules, and promotions. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us directly at tommie.belmont@thecrossfitwild.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect any event registration, vendor, or sponsor arrangement you've already made.
Wodamania is a physical fitness competition involving strenuous physical activity. This Terms of Service page governs use of the website and the Notify Me and Vendor/Sponsor Application forms only. It does not constitute a waiver of liability, assumption of risk, or release for the event itself.
Waivers of injury, assumption of risk, and related liability releases are managed separately from this website, as part of the official event registration process. Participants will be required to review and accept those documents independently before competing.
Submitting a Vendor or Sponsor Application does not guarantee acceptance or participation in the event. Wodamania reserves the right to accept, decline, or request additional information for any application at its discretion.
Form functionality on this Site is provided through a third-party service, Formspree. Your submissions are also subject to Formspree's own terms of service and privacy policy.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Wodamania and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wodamania is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
